A super materialistic and bimbotic post @ 11:28 PM

The inspiration for this post stems from the conversation we had during dinner today.
Bascially, my friend asked me to teach him some questions, and since it was almost dinner time after we finished, I joined him n his friends for dinner. Met them before, but haven had the chance to sit down n have a proper conversation.
Ok, you know being a typical AC boy, living in bukit timah. These guys are filty rich.
So, anyway i shall just pick some highlights.
One of the guy was illustrating how when he first chased his current girlfriend, he bought her a $600 gold heart locket, splashed on extravagant meals ( in places I don't even know. U know like places with $100+ steak.. and i tot places like Angus House is ex enough), bought her like diamond ring and stuff etc etc

Ok, so the other guys also told stories about how much they splurge on their girlfriends.

Then I look at my own situation.
How come I always meet guys who totally CMI?

Then I look pass the situation and look at myself

1)I don't look like crap. I mean ok, I don't have those looks that people will go woah. But I look into the mirror, aside from having pimples here and there, small eyes, bad hair day here and then, I think I look ok what.

2) I am not penniless. I mean I am not super rich, but I am not so poor as to expect the guy to pay for everything. I am fine with paying for my own meals, my own shopping. Of course its added bonus I don't expect a $600 necklace. I am equally satisfied with a $30 charles and keith shoe. I don't need to eat $100+ steak, I am fine with Jack's place.

3)I can cook pretty well. And I really mean pretty well. The other time i was amazed by my own genuity. I cooked Lodeh from sratch! And u know how difficult it is to cook a proper indonesian meal?

Ok.. actually I shall stop.. in case I am being too narcisstic

Back to my situation.
Why do I not meet eligible guys?
I mean I always go around telling pple, I don't want to be in a relationship. course its so troublesome. But why do i find it troublesome? Because I do not meet eligible guys. So I rather stay single and free.

so anyway, course my conclusion is that singaporean guys CMI, and even though I am jap crazy, I must be practical. I can ogle at jap guys, but i do not want to find a jap boyfriend. So, I am left with indonesian guys, chinese indonesian to be exact.
Which brings me to my next point, about Indo Night on Monday.
I need new clothes. I only have like un ironed T-shirts chucked in my cupboard.
I need to buy new clothes
and my eye liner is running out.
Maybe I will meet a nice guy there?
haha but sound so despo.
Opps I didnt mean it.
i am still wallowing in self pity about not being able to meet eligible guys.

and hey, the guy behind was the guy I was talkin about. And I think thats about the only picture I've got. Wuhaha I didnt even realise until i was browsing through my pictures.
