Pineapple tarts + Custard Pie @ 9:36 PM

Housemates, I and a couple of friends made pineapple tarts for CNY!!
I think its really great!
a little disappointment would be
we should have used real pineapple instead of canned ones
course then, the pineapple taste would have been stronger
but it's great nonetheless.
oh the pastry is buttery and nice!

and while other pple are makin the tarts, me and another friend made custard pie! ( we even decorate it! )
Luckily, everyone who ate had praises for it.
although personally,
the custard was as good as i would like it to be
but nvm
i shall continue modifyin the recipe!

CNY Coming!
We are goin to do a steam boat at my friend's place!
Me and housemates are in charge of food
haha hope the place is big enough to accomodate 20 ++ pple though...
after that we are goin to have poker tournament!
I want to win!! I wnt to win!!
( but i have never won b4)


V Day tml!
sadly, cynthia has no shuai ge to date.. ouch
but nvm
got jap class in the afternoon
then after that goin to my friend's place n play mah jong
wuhaha
date-less pple gather in one house


lastly,
last week, it snowed in london. all of a sudden..
coz the weather forecast predicted sleet. but Snow came instead!
and it was the heaviest snowfall london had in 10 years!

so here's what its like outside the kitchen window



*i should continue with my italy trip entry........*
hm but i shall do jap hw first! and revise!
